Matt’s primary research interests include market microstructure, insider trading, and litigation. His work has been featured in mainstream media including the Harvard Business Review, and has been presented in several national and international conferences such as the Society for Empirical and Legal Studies, the Financial Management Association, and the American Law and Economics Association.
